These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Waiova, a product of Akean Capsule PLT, a limited liability partnership registered in Malaysia ("Waiova", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Waiova at waiova.com or our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Waiova provides a fascia-informed daily movement application that delivers structured routines comprising mobility work, strength exercises, stretching, and soft tissue release. The Service is designed for generally healthy adults experiencing stiffness, limited mobility, or inactivity-related discomfort.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Waiova is not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Access to the Service requires a valid subscription or lifetime access purchase. Some features may be introduced, modified, or retired as the product evolves.
To use Waiova, you must register for an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Waiova is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are found to be used by multiple people, or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder before any annual renewal.
We may change subscription prices at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will apply from the next billing period after 30 days' notice via email. Lifetime access holders are not subject to price increases — your access is permanent at the price paid.
Founder lifetime pricing tiers are available to early members as stated on the pricing page at time of purchase. These prices are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to change as tier thresholds are met.
Prices may not include applicable taxes (such as GST/SST, VAT, or sales tax) depending on your jurisdiction. Any such taxes will be displayed at checkout where required.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we have reasonable evidence of abuse of this policy (e.g. repeated purchases and refunds across multiple accounts).

Waiova is designed for adults experiencing general stiffness, inactivity-related discomfort, and limited mobility associated with sedentary lifestyles. It is not intended for:
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new movement programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or have recently had an injury or surgery.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risk of injury. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Service and any resulting consequences. Waiova is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in routines delivered through the Service.
If you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or any unusual symptoms during a routine, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All content on Waiova — including but not limited to routines, instructional text, video content, images, body map designs, scoring systems, software, and the Waiova brand — is owned by or licensed to Akean Capsule PLT and is protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property law.
Your subscription or lifetime access grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Service.
The fascia science principles referenced in Waiova (including the work of Robert Schleip and Thomas Myers) are credited to their respective authors. Waiova's application of these principles in its programme design is proprietary.
"User Content" refers to any data, information, or content you submit to the Service — including body check-in scores, session notes, and feedback.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Waiova a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely to deliver and improve the Service. We will not use your health data for advertising or share it with third parties in identifiable form.
We may use anonymised, aggregated data derived from user activity (with no ability to identify individual users) to understand usage patterns and improve the product.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Waiova disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
Waiova does not endorse any specific medical treatment, supplement, or healthcare provider. References to scientific research (e.g. fascia science) are for informational purposes and do not constitute medical claims.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Akean Capsule PLT and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or physical injury — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall Waiova's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Waiova in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@waiova.com. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.
To delete your account and request data erasure, email hello@waiova.com. We will process this within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
We may also discontinue the Service entirely. In that event, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer pro-rata refunds for unused paid periods (including a proportional refund for lifetime access holders based on months of use).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hello@waiova.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
For users in the EU: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The updated Terms will be posted at waiova.com/terms with a revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
